How do I invite the person supporting me?

Open the app, choose someone you trust, and send them the text link. They don't need to install anything or create an account to see your status.

How do I change or remove my partner?

From Account, you can remove your partner or invite a different one at any time. Removing them lets them know the connection ended — it never needs their approval.

What can my partner see?

Only the type of event and whether protection is on — never a site, an app, or a screenshot. See our privacy page for the full detail.
